We've used several different DME providers over the years, but none have come close to the
level of caring and attention to patients needs as all of the staff at Midwest.

One night, late our hospice nurse called the Midwest pharmacy for some increased pain medication for my husband. Since it was late and I couldn't leave him, I called back and asked if they could bring him his favorite "Gatorade". They went to the store for me, in the middle of the night. I think my husband got more out of the "Gatorade" then he did from the medications.

Sometimes it's hard to plan for a patient to leave the hospital and transfer home. We do a good
job at planning but there is always that situation that is unusual. When we call Midwest, they are supportive and cover us regardless of what we need.

When we took my father home from the hospital and put him on hospice we didn't know what to expect. Midwest had been recommended by a neighbor and she was right. By the time we got home from the hospital all the equipment we requested was there and two wonderful young men helped us get Dad set up and taught how to use the equipment. They even recommended a lift chair so it would be easier for Mom to help him up. They called and within a short time another truck arrived and set up the chair. It has been a wonderful aid to Mom. The people there were
all great.
